  1. This is an application. Spaces are limited and final selection is at the discretion of the festival organisers. Applying does not guarantee a space.
  2. Arrival between 11 AM and 3 PM. (GST) on exhibition day.
  3. Stationary display for the official festival duration on exhibition day.
  4. Your car must remain on display for the full festival day and can only be collected after 9pm.
  5. If you do not arrive by 3 PM your space will be released. You will still have access to Porsche owner parking.
  6. No promotional material to be visible on the interior or exterior of the car/s.
  7. I will not use the festival to promote political views.
  8. I take full responsibility for having the necessary car insurance in place.
  9. I agree to follow all the instructions and guidance provided by the event marshals.
  10. The car/s will be in good working condition and drivable in and out of the event.
