These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Icons of Porsche 2025 Website (iconsofporsche.com) (“Website”), and your participation in the Icons of Porsche 2025 Event which is being held at Dubai Design District from 22 November 2025 to 23 November 2025 (“Event”) and the Icons of Porsche 2025 Referral Competition ("Competition") organized by Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE a company formed pursuant to Law No. (16) of 2005 with limited liability and is registered before the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority under Service License No.25, and having its registered office at Plot-29-911, P.O. Box 341356, Dubai, UAE ("Organizer"). By using the Website, attending the Event and/or participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
 

Icons of Porsche 2025 Website

1. User Eligibility
By accessing or using the Website, you warrant and represent that you have the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into and abide by all of the Terms.

2. Registration 
You are required to register for the Event to access certain features of the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your registration and the linked user data as far as it is under your control.

3. Use of Content
All content on the Website, including text, images, and multimedia, is protected by all applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction or distribution, requires written permission of the Organizer.

4. Error Reporting and Feedback
You may reach out to the Organizer directly at [email protected] with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to the Website (“Feedback”).

5. Link to Other Websites
The Website may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Organizer. The Organizer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. The Organizer does not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services. The Organizer strongly advises you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit. You are solely responsible for all of your activities with other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of the Website.

Icons of Porsche 2025 Event
 

1. Event Admission
Admission to the Event is subject to the rules and regulations set forth in the Terms. Only individuals that have registered for the Event and are in possession of a valid ticket can attend the Event. To enter the Event premises, you will need to show your ticket and obtain an RFID wristband at the box offices located outside the Event premises. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees, the Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of attendees that enter the Event premises. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the Event premises.

2. Event Tickets

     A. Two types of tickets are available for purchase:

• Saturday Ticket (AED 75 incl. VAT): Grants access to the event on November 22, 2025.
• Sunday Ticket (AED 75 incl. VAT): Grants access to the event on November 23, 2025.

Early birds tickets are available at discounted rate of AED 50 (incl. VAT) only for a limited period of time. Once passed, the full ticket price is AED 75.

3. Purchase Your Ticket
Tickets for the Event are exclusively sold by DREAMCAST TICKETS L.L.C, domiciled at Mashreq Al Suq Al Kabeer, 29-0, Dubai - United Arab Emirates (“Dreamcast”). The Organizer is not responsible and/or liable for any issues or complications that may arise during your interaction with Dreamcast in connection with the purchase of Event tickets.

You can purchase Event tickets subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the total number of available tickets. You can either purchase the Event tickets via the Website after completing the online registration, or directly at the Event premises (if availably still allows it and via online link. 

You must ensure that the information you provide during registration on the Website is accurate, including, in particular, your contact details (which we will use to contact you from time to time and in accordance with these Terms). Also, all the vehicle related data must be accurate, true and enough to identify the specific vehicle during the check-in process. 

Completing the registration for the Event constitutes an offer by you to purchase a ticket or tickets for the Event in accordance with the Terms. Your offer shall not be deemed accepted by us until you have received a booking confirmation from Dreamcast.

You can pay the ticket price online via Dreamcast’s payment processing provider Stripe Inc. (“Stripe”). Your payment is subject to Stripe’s terms & conditions (available here) and the Organizer is not responsible and/or liable for any issues or complications that may arise during your interaction with Stripe. If you purchase your Event ticket at the Event premises, you will only have the option to pay via credit or debit card. No cash payment will be accepted. 

If you purchase Event tickets on behalf of another delegate or multiple delegates (the “Delegates”), such Delegates will be bound by these Terms and you agree to procure their compliance with the same.

4. No-Refund Policy
All Event ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled without an alternative date being offered by the Organizer. The Organizer shall not process, exchange or refund any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

5. For Porsche Exhibitors

5.1 Selection of Vehicles
You can apply to exhibit your Porsche at the Event after completing your registration. The final selection of vehicles is at the sole discretion of the Organizer and subject to availability of spaces. An application does not guarantee that you will be allocated an exhibition space at the Event. By making an application, you accept these Terms and in particular the terms of this section 5. 

5.2 Exhibition of Your Porsche
Saturday Exhibitor: Delivery between 11:00am and 2:00pm (GST) and pick-up after 9:00pm on 22 November 2025.
Sunday Exhibitor: Delivery between 11:00am and 2:00pm (GST) and pick-up after 9:00pm on 23 November 2025.

Once you arrive at your exhibition space, your Porsche must remain stationary and cannot leave the Event before the pick-up time specified above.

You can only exhibit the Porsche that was selected by the Organizer. It is not possible to change/swap vehicles or spaces with other Porsche exhibitors and/or owners. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please arrive within the specified delivery time. If you do not deliver your Porsche on time, you forfeit your exhibition space and may not be able to exhibit your Porsche at the Event.

The Organizer’s decision to exclude or disqualify an exhibitor shall be final and shall not be subject to any form of appeal or review or discussion.

5.3 Liability for Damage to Vehicles
By participating as an exhibitor at Icons of Porsche 2025, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are fully responsible for the care, safety, and security of your Porsche during the entire duration of the Event, including but not limited to transit, display, and storage;
2. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of any vehicle or personal property exhibited or brought to the Event, regardless of whether such loss or damage is caused by accident, negligence, or any other cause; and
3. By exhibiting your vehicle at the Event, you release the Organizer, its affiliates, staff, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action relating to damage, loss, or injury to you, the vehicle or its contents.

5.4 Your Porsche
You are responsible for the following: 

1. Your Porsche must have active insurance and registration.
2. You are not allowed to display any promotional materials inside or on the exterior of your Porsche.
3. You must follow all the rules and guidelines provided by the traffic marshals at the Event.
4. Your Porsche must be in good working condition and can be driven in and out of the Event.
    

6. Exhibitors and Food Stands
This Event may feature various exhibitors and food stands operated by independent vendors. The Organizer is not responsible for the products, services, or activities of these vendors. Any disputes or issues arising from interactions with exhibitors or food stand operators should be addressed directly to the respective parties.

7. Speakers, Sponsors and Exhibitors
Views expressed by any attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor at the Event are their own. The Organizer shall have no liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor at the Event or in any material provided to attendees.

8. Photographs, Publicity Material, Radio and Television and Print Media
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between you and the Organizer, the Organizer retains the exclusive right to utilize any photographs, recordings, electronic images, or promotional materials acquired by or on behalf of the Organizer during the Event for any purposes it deems appropriate. The Organizer holds the exclusive authority to incorporate visual representations, including photographs, videos, and other depictions of attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and their exhibits, including their contents, in any visual medium for trade, advertising, sales, promotional, or any other purposes, without providing any compensation to attendees, speakers, sponsors, or exhibitors. All rights, titles, and interests (including worldwide copyrights) pertaining to such materials will be the exclusive property of the Organizer, without any claims by attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, or any individuals with vested rights or interests derived from them.

9. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or unlawful activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event premises.

Icons of Porsche 2025 Referral Competition
 

1. Competition Period
The Competition will commence on 15 September 2025 at 9:11am GST and conclude on 23 November 2025 at 11:00pm GST (“Competition Period”).

2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to all individuals who are twenty one (21) years of age or older. Receiving a referral link does not indicate eligibility to participate in the Competition. You can only take part in the Competition in your own name. Incomplete or incomprehensible registrations will be deemed invalid. All information provided by you in connection with the Competition must be true and correct; otherwise, you can be excluded and/or disqualified from the Competition. The Organizer’s decision to exclude or disqualify a participant shall be final and not subject to any form of appeal or review or discussion.

3. How to enter the Competition

3.1   To enter the Competition, you must register and purchase a valid ticket for the Event either on www.iconsofporsche.com.
3.2   Once you register, you will receive an email with a unique referral link.
3.3   You must attend the Icons of Porsche 2025 Event to enter the Competition.

4. How the Competition works 

4.1   Share your unique referral link with your friends, family, colleagues, and fellow Porsche fans. You must attend the Event as well.
4.2   Each person that registers for the Event using your unique referral link and attends the Event on either the 22 November or 23 November 2025 earns you one (1) ticket. Attendance only counts once, even if the person that registered using your unique referral link attends on both days. By way of example, if ten (10) people register for the Event using your unique referral link, but only six (6) people thereof attend the Event, you will earn six (6) tickets eligible for the draw.
4.3   After the Event, the Organizer conducts randomized draws amongst all eligible tickets earned by each attendee. The tickets selected in the draw will have a chance to win one of the Prizes.

5. Prizes (“Prizes”)

5.1   Available Prizes:

5.2   The Prizes are provided in the form of vouchers (codes) via email and are connected to third-party offers which are subject to third-party terms and conditions over which the Organizer has no control neither any relation nor influence whatsoever. By using the voucher, you accept that you enter a separate contract with the respective third-party and not the Organizer. The terms and conditions of the relevant third-party offers are listed below:

5.3   Porsche Travel and Driving Experience
The Travel and Driving Experience takes you and a travel partner of your choice to Germany, including a visit to Stuttgart and a Porsche Driving Experience. We aim to personalize the experience as much as possible. Hence, once the winner is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to coordinate the dates and times of your trip. The final itinerary (incl. dates, flights and accommodation) is subject to change at to the sole discretion of the Organizer and should you not be able to participate the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be picked/selected by the Organizer. Valid until 31 December 2026.

1. The following costs are covered by the Organizer:
   One (1) round-trip economy class flight to Germany for you and your travel partner departing from, and returning to, your country of residence as indicated during the registration; transportation related to activities part of the Travel and Driving Experience; admission to activities part of the Travel and Driving Experience; and accommodation (excl. catering) for you and your travel partner.
2. The following costs are not covered by the Organizer:
   Transportation to and from the airport in your country of residence as indicated during the registration; spending money; travel insurance; driving license; passport(s); visa application fees; optional activities; gratuities; any and all other ancillary costs.
3. It is your responsibility to provide all required documentation and information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner. If you are not able to participate because of incorrect documentation and information provided by you, or any delay caused at your end, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be picked/selected by the Organizer.

5.4   Yas Electrified 
Yas Electrified is a driving experience located at the YAS Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. 

1. The following costs are covered by the Organizer:
   One (1) admission to Yas Electrified to be redeemed online at https://www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/yas-electrified and subject to availability, valid until 31 December 2026.
2. The following costs are not covered by the Organizer:
   Transportation to and from YAS Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; spending money; travel insurance; driving license; passport(s); visa application fees; optional activities; gratuities; any and all other ancillary costs.
3. It is your responsibility to provide all required documentation and information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner. If you are not able to participate because of incorrect documentation and information provided by you, or any delay caused at your end, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be picked/selected by the Organizer.
4. The third-party terms and conditions listed above apply.
    

5.5   Lunch @ DRVN by Porsche
Lunch @ DRVN by Porsche is only available at the DRVN by Porsche location at Bluewaters Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. The following costs are covered by the Organizer:
   One (1) DRVN by Porsche voucher in the amount of five hundred (500) United Arab Emirates dirham to be redeemed in the DRVN by Porsche DRVN by Porsche location at Bluewaters Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, valid until 31 December 2026.
2. The following costs are not covered by the Organizer:
   Transportation to and from DRVN by Porsche location at Bluewaters Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; spending money; travel insurance; driving license; passport(s); visa application fees; optional activities; gratuities; any and all other ancillary costs.
    

6. Winner Selection

6.1   The winners will be selected by separate random drawings from all eligible tickets (see 2 and 4).
6.2   The drawing will take place in February 2026.
6.3   The odds of winning increase with the number of eligible tickets you have earned. However, the selection is randomized and does not take into account your total number of eligible tickets.

7. Notification of Winners and Prize Acceptance 

7.1   Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the Event registration process.
7.2   In the event that you are not contactable and/or fail to respond within 10 days after the Prize notification has been sent, such Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be picked/selected by the Organizer. The corresponding decision and selection of the Organizer shall be final and not subject to any form of appeal or review or discussion.
7.3   The Organizer reserves the right to request identification for verification purposes (to the Organizer’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the Prize.
7.4   The actual/appraised Prize may differ at the time the Prize is awarded. The Prize shall be determined solely by the Organizer. There shall be no cash, refund or other Prize substitution for the Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, permitted except at the Organizer’s discretion. The Prize is non-transferable.

General Terms 

1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website, Event, Competition, or the Terms at any time without notice. If there is modification to the Terms, we will post the revised terms on the Website with a “last updated” date. Please review this Website on a regular basis to obtain timely notice of any revisions. If you continue to use the Website after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any revision to the terms.
2. The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Website without notice and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or for other conduct which the Organizer, in its sole discretion, believes is unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorized to access the Website. You agree that the Organizer shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the Website, information and/or services or participation in the Event or the Competition.
3. The Organizer's decision regarding any aspect of the Website, Event, Competition, or the Terms, including the selection of winners, is final and binding and not subject to any form of appeal or review or discussion.
4. By participating in the Competition and accepting the Prize you grant the Organizer the irrevocable, royalty free, sublicensable, fully paid up right to use each of your marks, image(s), name(s), likeness, voice(s), personality(ies) and biographical information as well as any rights equivalent or similar to any of the foregoing, now or hereafter recognized in any jurisdiction for promotional purposes and corporate communications.
5. If you use, or the Organizer reasonably suspects you to make use of prohibited aids or otherwise gain advantage through manipulation, you can be excluded / disqualified from the Competition or any part thereof.
6. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize for which you are responsible. Independent financial / tax advice should be sought.
7. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Website, Event and or the Competition and under these Terms or liable for damages if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, government restrictions, wars, pandemics, epidemics, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
8. You understand that the Organizer cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Website will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. To the fullest extent provided by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the website or any services or items obtained through the website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
9. Your use of the Website, its content, and any services obtained through the Website is at your own risk. The Website, its content, and any services obtained through the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither the Organizer nor any person associated with the Organizer makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Organizer nor any person associated with the Organizer represents or warrants that the Website, its content, or any services or items obtained through the Website will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that our site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the website or any services or items obtained through the website will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.
10. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or in any way limit the Organizer’s liability or any liability for (i) fraud, (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation, (iii) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or (iv) any liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. By attending the Event, entering the Competition as well as using the Website you will on demand, indemnify, and keep indemnified, the Organizer from and against any liability, fines, penalties, claims costs (including without limitation legal and professional adviser costs), expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by them as a result of any tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful damage to property or person or any other willful or unlawful misconduct, in each case, attributable to or caused by you. The Organizer is not liable to you under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website, attendance at the Event and participation in the Competition, or any collateral contract, for any loss of income; loss of actual or anticipated profits; loss of business; loss of contracts; loss of goodwill or reputation; loss of anticipated savings; loss of, damage to or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, in each case howsoever arising, whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or in the contemplation of the parties and whether arising in or caused by breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
11. To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will the Organizer, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Competition or participation in the Event, or your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website, or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (not including the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
13. By using the Website, attending Event and or entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
